Frame The Question

This initial step is made up of two parts.

Define the problem. We put first things first – your business opportunity and the decision you need to make. We partner with you in crafting the right questions to address this decision. This crucial step is one of the biggest problems in research. Getting this right is essential.

Evaluate need for new information. Next, we determine with you, whether this is a question we can answer with current data and advanced analytics or we must create new information. While this does not happen in all cases, sometimes a client's question can be answered with currently existing data using new analytics. In cases where this is not possible, we work with you to create the right information
